Booking & Cancellation Policy

If Rocking Star Adventures decides weather conditions are unfavorable or unsafe, Rocking Star Adventures will not fly. The tour will be postponed until weather conditions improve. If weather conditions are unfavorable on the day you were scheduled to fly, we will work with you to fit you into our schedule on the next available flight.

If Rocking Star Adventures decides the weather is unfavorable while guests are in the Kluane Region and therefore must be cancelled Rocking Star Adventures will refund any deposits and/or prepaid tours.

When booking your flight with Rocking Star Adventures, we require a credit card number with expiry date – no deposit is charged as this is used to hold your seats.

  • If you have been contacted the day of your flight and told the weather is good and do not show up for your flight, 10% of the total cost of your flight will be charged to your credit card.
  • If Rocking Star Adventures cancels your flight for any reason there will be no charges to your credit card.
  • If you cancel your flight with less than 7 days notice, 10% of the cost of your flight will be charged to your credit card.

Starting May 1, 2024, credit card payments will be charged a 2.4% surcharge on top of the cost of the flight. All flights paid for with Mastercard or Visa card will be subject to a 2.4% surcharge added to the cost of your flight.
